Ways of Wellbeing offers an evidence based integrative approach to mental health and wellbeing that is flexible to the goals and needs of the individual or group.

 

Bringing together a diverse range of evidence-based approaches with a creative and adaptable style, Occupational Therapist Tara Case works with clients to help them articulate their goals, navigate and overcome their challenges, explore their strengths and develop capabilities that will enable them to thrive.

Tara works with both individuals and groups either in person or online.

Working with clients to build meaningful engagement in their daily life and develop capabilities that will enable them to thrive.

 

Our individual sessions provide focused mental health and wellbeing support for children, young people, adults, and families. Together, we explore what matters most to you and identify practical ways to enable function in daily life, growth, and connection.

Sessions may support mental health and resilience, adjustment to change, navigating life’s challenges, strengthening interpersonal relationships.For children and families, sessions are tailored to support social and emotional capacity, wellbeing, and strengthening everyday routines and relationships.
