Tara Case — Occupational Therapist

A hands-on health practitioner with a passion for education, Tara is committed to bridging the gap between theory, research and practice.

Bringing together over 20 years of experience as a registered Occupational Therapist, a Master of Applied Positive Psychology, and current PhD research focused on children’s mental health and wellbeing, Tara works with individuals and groups to deliver meaningful, evidence-based intervention and education.

She is a highly experienced clinician and educator, with recognised strengths in education delivery, strategic planning, project management, and applying creative, evidence-informed approaches across her work. Based in the Albury-Wodonga region, Tara also offers consulting services across surrounding regional areas and Melbourne.

If you or your community group, workplace, or organisation are interested in working with Tara, she would be delighted to connect with you.
