Tara Case — Occupational Therapist

A hands-on Occupational Therapist with a passion for education, Tara is committed to bridging the gap between theory, research, and practice.

With over 20 years of experience as a registered Occupational Therapist, a Master of Applied Positive Psychology, and current engagement in PhD research, Tara brings together extensive clinical, education, and wellbeing expertise across her work.

Tara has broad clinical experience across physical health, mental health, rehabilitation, and home assessment, and works with individuals to provide practical, evidence-based occupational therapy support. Alongside her clinical work, she delivers education, workshops, consulting, and wellbeing initiatives for groups, workplaces, and organisations.

She is recognised for her strengths in education delivery, strategic planning, project management, and applying creative, evidence-informed approaches in both clinical and education settings. Based in the Albury-Wodonga region, Tara also offers consulting services across surrounding regional areas and Melbourne.

If you, your workplace, or your organisation are interested in working with Tara, she would be delighted to connect with you
